Described as the most punk rock band in Britain, Ultimate Thunder are musicians with learning disabilities, Down syndrome and autism based in Leeds. The film follows their story over three years as they develop new music and play to increasingly larger crowds, all while facing challenges including cuts to arts funding, major surgery and the lead singer losing his voice.
