You are the Film + Hoodsteps

A trip to the cinema breaks the space/time continuum in this delightful micro-budget sci-fi comedy.

Aspiring playwright Madoka finds herself watching a film about musician Kazuma, who himself is watching a film about Madoka. Somehow the two can communicate through the screen and as their stories merge, cracks begin to show in the multiverse. Highly inventive, the feature debut from the writer of Beyond the Infinite Two Minutes and River is a giddy ode to creativity and being the writer of your own story.

“We see the delight that comes from engaging in artistic play: even within the four walls of a tiny boutique theater, universes can be created, and lives changed.” — Clint Worthington, RogerEbert.com
